A free initial telephone consultation is offered to help you find out more about hypnotherapy and to decide if I am the right Hypnotherapist for you.
Thereafter each session lasts approximately 1 hour and costs £60.
Prices include any materials or recordings I may give you and ongoing email support if required. The number of sessions required will be determined by your issue and the outcome you'd like to achieve. However, a good indicator can be given at the free initial consultation or email enquiry.
Fees are payable bank transfer ahead of the session or by cash or cheque at the beginning of the session.
Stop Smoking Programme £160
This is a one off session, lasting approximately two hours. The cost includes all materials and a CD for self hypnosis.
A follow up session is offered free of charge, should you begin to smoke again with 6 weeks of the session.
Hypno-Band Weight Loss System £315
This involves five sessions of hypnosis.
The cost includes all materials and CD's given.
Group Weight Loss Program £90 NEW PROGRAM!
This 6 week group weight loss program will help you to change the way you think about food, stop emotional and habitual eating, reduce cravings for certain foods and give you up to date nutritional guidance to help you to make those changes to your lifestyle so that you can lose weight and keep it off after the program has finished! No faddy diets, no weigh in's and no pressure to tell anyone how much you have lost (unless you want to)!
The program will be led by myself supported by the Nutritionists Susan Davis and Louise Mason and will have a specific focus each week to get you started and support you on your weight loss journey. The cost will include an Hypnosis CD/MP3 recording, handouts and ongoing email support.
There will also be discounts from 'BodyChef' and 'Daisy Vitality Therapies'
Cost: £15 per week, £90 for the six weeks.

This involves 6 sessions of hypnotherapy and includes a CD/MP3 recording for home use
Menopause Relief Program £240
This involves a course of 4 sessions, arranged fortnightly, with one extra session offered FREE of charge. This includes all CD's/recordings and materials which support this program.

Cancellations
Time is precious to us all and I do ask that as much notice as possible is given in the event that an appointment needs to be rearranged or cancelled. No fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the session. However the full fee will be payable in the event that less than 24 hours’ notice is given or you fail to attend the appointment.
